Our gyms are designed to meet all of your fitness needs and teach self-defense, giving you the best workout of your life. Each day, be challenged by 15 new boxing and fitness stations. Every workout includes training that will improve your strength, stamina, speed, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Our no-class-time schedule, with semi-personalized training, is revolutionizing the fitness industry. Anytime you show up, two trainers will guide you through 15 dynamic boxing and fitness circuits. Each circuit is based on a boxing round consisting of 3 minutes of work and a 45-second break. This unique setup allows members to show up anytime and be guided through the 15 stations by our expert coaches. With only 15 stations and two coaches, you will receive personal attention at each station.
This class doesn’t have a strict starting time. Check our hours… if our stations are running, you can hop in whenever you show up.
While this is technically a group class, you’ll get the personal attention of a private one. Whether you have past injuries or you simply cannot perform a station, our trainers will work with you to make modifications and adjustments that meet your personal fitness goals.
